Life Coaching

Coaching is an investment in yourself. Consider working with a coach when:

  • You're going through a major transition
  • You're faced with a big challenge in your life or your work
  • You want to take your life to the next level
  • You see the possibility to make a dream come true
  • You are unhappy with the quality of your life
  • You are unclear on what you really want

Coaching is affordable, convenient, and confidential.

I coach individuals on a wide variety of topics including:

  • Life transitions
  • Quality of life
  • Mid-life
  • Vocation/career
  • Relationships
  • Creativity
  • Spiritual growth and development
  • Money
Many who have not experienced coaching ask about its benefits. The benefits my clients report include:
  • Seeing more options
  • Making better choices
  • Taking more effective action
  • Getting more results
  • Getting results faster
  • Meeting commitments more easily
  • Improved relationships
  • Improved quality of life/reduced stress

People like you use a coach for:

  • Straight talk
  • StructureSkills
  • Support
  • Fresh perspective
  • Focus
  • Action
  • Accountability
  • Encouragement
  • Celebration

I love to work with people who want to be more in the world. More in their community. More in their work. More in their relationships. I am energized by people who have a passion for adventure and the joy of being alive.

You probably don't need a coach. But don't you deserve one?

OFFER

Because coaching is a new experience for most people, I offer a 30-minute coaching session. It's fun. Bring one of your challenges to the first call, relax and enjoy. You will get a taste of the coaching process and my coaching style. If we are a good match for one another, great. If we determine that another coach would be more suitable for your situation, I will be happy to refer you to another coach.

That [person] is a success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much; who has gained the respect of intelligent [people] and the love of children; who has filled his niche and accomplished his task; who leaves the world better than he found it whether by a perfect poem or a rescued soul; who never lacked appreciation of earth's beauty or failed to express it; who looked for the best in others and gave the best he had.

—Robert Louis Stevenson
