| What is
a Labyrinth? |
A labyrinth is
an archetypal blueprint, a meandering path of twists and turns that
leads towards a center. Labyrinths have appeared on every continent
in many
cultures for thousands of years. Some are designed to be walked while others
can be traced with a finger. After centuries of obscurity, outdoor and indoor
labyrinths are being installed in schools, hospitals, parks, prisons, and faith-based
organizations as a means to:
- Reconnect with inner sources of wisdom, intuition and creativity
- Reduce stress
- Heal body, mind, and spirit
- Develop community and unity
I offer labyrinth walks, workshops, and retreats. My portable
canvas labyrinth is 24-feet in diameter. Please contact me about
organizing a labyrinth walk
for your organization or community.

We
each come to the path bringing our many realities, our individual
histories, the unique journeys we have traveled. To experience
the labyrinth is to acknowledge that the paths merge. In
our fractured and fragmented world, this metaphor can set
the stage for powerful healing energies on many levels – within
individuals, communities, and nations.
